Measurement is the total length from the tip of the clasp to the end of the O-ring that attaches the extender chain at the opposite end.

MATERIALS: Rosary beaded chains have 3-4mm stones with silver wire. Silver MIRACULOUS Pendant is silver plated, just over 1" long (SEE THE PHOTO WITH A RULER FOR SIZE). All metal components are silver plated.
CARE: Water and perfume are what cause most tarnishing - so the necklace needs to be stored in a dry place and not worn in the shower, pool or ocean. Limiting perfume in the neck area will also prolong the life of the necklace.
