IF TRACKING SHOWS YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT:
This does happen occasionally when a mail carrier scans a package but forgets to leave it or leaves it at a different address. Most packages will show up in your mailbox within a few days. If your package has still not reached you after 3 or 4 days, please contact the post office associated with your zip code. USPS uses GPS and can pinpoint where a package was left. Your postmaster can also speak to your letter carrier to see if he/she remembers what hapened with your package. If you suspect your package was stolen from your mailbox, you need to file a police report.
If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot re-ship you or issue a refund.

We reserve the right to not ship future orders to you if you are having problems with misdelivered or stolen mail.

Welcome to Ashley Lane Jewels!  My name is Lisa Helms from Summerfield, NC - a small, but growing, farm town just north of Greensboro. I have been in the internet jewelry business since 2000 while I was a stay-at-home mom of three.  My business name was derived from my daughters' middle names

My jewelry business for the past 20 years has involved buying and selling predominantly vintage jewelry pieces with a very strong focus on Sarah Coventry jewelry. Over the past few years, the vintage business has dwindled...the younger generation is not interested in collecting things and most do not want old or pre-owned items. Watching my two daughters and their friends, and their fashion interests, I noted that they love the new minimal, simple look in jewelry. And I thought - hey, I can make those!

As I purchased the components to make my own gorgeous, trendy necklaces, I researched quality, composition, and pricing to find the best, most marketable items at the best prices. My goal is to keep these trendy necklaces at reasonable prices that most anyone can afford and to keep my customers coming back to buy more.

 

I have been selling my trendy Ashley Lane Jewels products on Etsy since 2015.  Since then we have shipped over 26,000 pieces and have regular customers who continue to purchase as I add new items.

Please enjoy browsing in my shop and if you have any questions, please ask. I have access to many varied components and would most likely be able to create any look that you want. If you need more pieces than I have in my shop, please ask...it may take a week to ten days to receive the components and make the extra pieces OR I may already have the components in stock and can ship within a day or two.
