We ship to the US only. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If there will be a delay in shipping, we will let you know right away.

Please note that we DO NOT ship to freight forwarding companies that ship goods outside the US.

 

North Carolina residents, or items shipped to a North Carolina address, will pay 6.75% sales tax. Unfortunately, due to our quick shipping, we do not accept order cancellations.

If you need to return an item, please contact us and let us know. If you do not let us know in advance, there may be a delay in receiving your refund. Returns should include tracking and insurance - If we do not receive your return package, or it arrives damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.  Please read the descriptions carefully. When choosing the necklace length that you want, please measure an existing piece that you have already to aid in your selection.

Metal content is listed for each item. Be sure to read the entire description. As these are handmade items, they may or may not have content markings stamped on the pieces/component - and they do not have metal content hangtags.
